Note	Really exciting developments - courtesy of my birthday pressie (a sub to FMP). I stuck the two brothers - with approx dates of birth into the parish register baptisms and got some interesting results - Henry Stribley, baptised 23 Dec 1793 St Columb MINOR, parents George and Mary. Then I plonked in Thomas and got - Thomas Stribley, baptised 31 May 1784 St Columb Minor, parents George and Mary - and Thomas was noted as a twin. So I used the same date to find the twin and got a JOHN (i.e perhpas the same John who was a witness at Henry's marriage?) This is pretty exciting stuff - I might have solved the mystery of the Stribleys!
Note	Assuming that he is George, then a possible marriage is - 21 Jun 1783 St Columb Minor George Stribley (Stribly) and Mary SCOBORYO The surname for the bride looks like a bad transcript! Phillimores gives the same surname, but 21 July rather than June! There are other "Scoboryo" marriages, so perhaps that is right?
Note	Assuming he is George, then a possible christening - 1 July 1750 St Columb Minor Parents George and Ursula. According to Susan Old, Ursula is a Milling and George and Ursula married 27 Jan 1743/44 in St Columb Minor. She also mentions that George (Jnr) and Mary also had a son called William in 1789 who appears to marry Elizabeth Boundy and has a son called William George in St Columb Major in 1843
Note	And possibly even further back, there was a George bapt 28 Dec 1717 in St Columb Minor, parents John and Margaret!
Note	Another child for George and Ursula Milling is Anne, bap 10 Jul 1752 married William Wilton 17 May 1777 St Col Minor according to a Tribal pages tree.
