There is a death registered in Dec qtr 1947 - ELizabeth Trenerry age 86 Truro district 7a 224 Which makes her born about 1861. Headstone in Callestick Methodist cemetery also agrees with aged 86 in 1947

Elizabeth Lockett is likely to be the right person. Daughter of Edward Locket and Elizabeth Penna. 1st marriage to John James, 2nd marriage to Richard Trenerry. This is from a Rootsweb World Connect tree - the owner of which got the info from the book about Rose village, published posthumously by Roger Glanvilles family. As I was pretty sure Roger told me that the Elizabeth was Locket(t), it seems to fit. The John James marriage is June qtr 1883 Truro district 5c 238. She is listed as Elizabeth Lockett.

Elizabeth T family mentions in will - Edward Thomas Hoskins, nephew Richard Olds, nephew Elizabeth Hosking (later (i.e after May 1924 and before December 1947, Masters), neice Amy May, neice Likely to be sisters families. Sisters - Mary A Catherine Ellen Amelia OK, a Mary Ann Lockett is listed with a John Hocking June qtr 1882 Truro Catherine listed with a David Penna Sept 1887 Nothing for Ellen up to 1900 - I need to look harder! Marriage of Ellen and a Thomas OSBORNE, June qtr 1887, Truro district. But this is almost certainly NOT the right Ellen, as she was single in 1891... I actually now have found the marriage of Ellen to a Richard HOSKINS 18 Mar 1887 Perranzabuloe parish church. On the IGI, there is a submitted record for the wedding of Elizabeth Lockett and John James. No actual date (it gives about 1882). However, it does state that Elizabeth was "born" 25 December 1861 in Hendra, Perranzabuloe.
