Based on the 1911 census entry claim that she was born in Merther, then the IGI has this possible - Mary Anna Kitchen Martin bapt 14 Aug 1864 Merther parents John and Johanna but there is another similarly named entry which states 1 Jul 1864 in Bodmin as a bapt, with a John and Mary Ann as parents.... And just to make it more interesting, another Mary A Martin allegedly born 1865 Merther, pars John and Joana
