Note
Arrived in the US 10 June 1931 aboard SS Majestic. Listed in passenger list as able to read and write, from Perranporth and intending to reside in Westminster, USA. Westminster appears in many US states, including California. Surprising that someone of such advanced years (TJ was 69, according to his birth approx date and also the passenger list) would travel to the States from Cornwall. Even travelling to Southampton to sail would be a lengthy trip. Seems this was a trip to visit the UK rellies after the death of his wife in the US. He helda re-entry permit number R.P. 625398 issued in Washington on 21 JUN 1930.
