Is this the marriage? Found on the IGI, but it is a form submitted record - Thomas Mitchell and Mary Ann DALE 10 July 1824 St Agnes. Possibly the right lot - one of Thos and Marys children is named Mary Ann...

Or, much more likely - Thomas Mitchell and Mary MAY 2 August 1828 Perranzabuloe which is an extracted record and fits more with the children etc.

Regarding grandson Richard - looks like he is the son of Peggy - christening record - Richard May Mitchell 2 March 1855 Cubert Mother Margaret Mitchell

An interesting - although no certainty - discovery on the IGI. Bear in mind this is a submitted record. Birth for a Thomas Mitchell, 1806 Perranzabuloe Parents Robert Mitchell and.... Sukey TRENERRY! Most interesting... The same files give a DOB for Sukey as 1781 in Perranzabuloe. The children of this marriage are allegedly - Thomas born 1803 died 1805 Thomas born 1806 Elizabeth born 1809 Mary born 1810 All Perranzabuloe. OK, a bit of research gives the following - Marriage for Robert Mitchell and Suckey (!) Trenerry 20 Feb 1802 at Perranzabuloe. Suckey is listed as a Widow. Dets from Phillimores. Probably not the correct family though Likely first marriage details - 10 March 1798 Perranzabuloe Groom - Charles Trenerry of St Agnes Bride - Suckey MOOR
